INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS: Monday through Friday noon: $35.00 per hour Friday afternoon through Sunday evening: $50.00 per hour HOLIDAYS: $50.00 per hour SECURITY DEPOSIT: Refundable 1/2 of the rental fee PREARRANGED CLEANING FEE: related to the event $50 minimum to $200 maximum The Security Deposit will be refunded following inspection of the property within 3 days after the event. The party who contracts "the LOFT" (renter), is expected to sweep up, bag trash (double bagging if food is served) and return the room in the condition that it originated. Trash must be removed from the inside the room taken off premises or placed outside on the top Elevator deck (2nd floor).
